Many individuals have never attended an estate sale and are unfamiliar with the rules of
   conduct associated with such an event.   An estate sale is generally conducted when
   the heirs of an estate have been bequeathed the contents of a personal home,
   vehicles, or other personal property.  An estate sale could also be a downsizing sale
   that is conducted when an individual is moving from a larger to smaller home.   When
   individuals need assistance in selling their possessions, they contact an Estate
   Liquidation company such as ours.

   Be on the lookout for the other De's sales. We try to conduct a sale once a month
   only but often we may schedule two depending on their size. Estate sales are fun and
   contagious!! If you have never attended one, you are missing out on purchasing some
   excellent items at a cost way below retail or missing out on buying a one of a kind
   never to be seen again item, or buying a vintage item that will enhance your lifestyle
   albeit clothing, accessory, or furniture piece. So don't pass up the opportunity to stop
